You would benefit from our strong development margins and the current rapid property price inflation in the areas we focus on. A typical project will last 12-18 months, with annualised returns in the region of 100% after taxes.
Hilton Investments interests and your interests are closely aligned through our fee structure. Our fees are typically 30% of any profits, but this varies from project to project.
